Setting the scene
TicketEm, founded by Shane Cooke, creates and tracks support tickets, making automatic and easy support through Discord possible. I worked with Shane to create a recognizable identity—pleasant, vibrant, pragmatic—for TicketEm. Additionally, I designed and developed the marketing website and the front-end of the web panel.
